These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnapProof platform ("Service") operated by SnapProof ("we," "our," or "us") at panner.polsia.app. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
SnapProof is an AI-powered prospect research platform. You provide a description of your ideal customer, and the Service uses artificial intelligence to identify matching companies, decision-makers, and contact information from publicly available sources. The Service also generates personalized outreach suggestions.

Free Demo: The demo search on our homepage is free and does not require an account. Demo results are previews and do not include full prospect details.
Per-Search Pricing: Individual searches can be purchased at the rate displayed on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
Subscription Plans: Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly). You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
SnapProof uses AI to research prospects from publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy and provide confidence ratings on all data points, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying prospect information before taking action based on it.
The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and content (excluding prospect data derived from public sources), is owned by SnapProof and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.
You retain ownership of the search queries and ideal customer profile descriptions you submit. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prospect data will be accurate or complete.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, though certain provisions of these Terms survive.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
